Position Summary:
Our partner, one of the world’s foremost technology giants, is looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team. You will play a fundamental role in the development, refinement, and success of the marketing initiatives for the mobile devices, tablets, and related products of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing journey, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with customer demands and business objectives. Within this role you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing a creative and analytical approach to elevate the company’s brand presence, visibility, and impact across the Caribbean, Central, and South American mobile device markets.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in marketing roles.
- Experience in strategic leadership and team management.
- Proven track record of leading successful international marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with mobile device marketing and understanding of consumer electronics markets is a plus.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services and improve the company’s position.
- Create compelling and consistent messaging across various channels to strengthen brand identity.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials, among many different marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and finance to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including partners, vendors, and media outlets.
- Create synergy and structure through roadmaps and planning for the department.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in target markets.
