Product Growth Manager #2549 – Location: remote; LATAM
Position Summary:
Our partner is a multi-brand media ecosystem built on data, technology, and audience reach, where marketing drives the traffic. The real opportunity comes after converting trials into paying members, keeping customers engaged longer, and unlocking new ways to grow revenue per user. They’re looking for a Product Growth Manager to take ownership of that challenge end-to-end: designing and running experiments, identifying drop-off points, proposing UX improvements, and translating data into business outcomes. This isn’t about managing roadmaps or running campaigns. It’s about getting into the customer journey, testing bold ideas, and proving what truly drives conversion and retention. Experience and Education:
- 5+ years in product growth, CRO, or lifecycle optimization
- Experience in subscription or membership-based digital products
- Track record of running experiments that moved measurable KPIs
- Background in SaaS, gaming, consumer apps, or subscription services
- Cross-functional experience with engineering, design, and BI
- Exposure to vendor evaluation and tool implementation
- Strong data-driven decision-making history

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Own funnel outcomes: trial -> paid -> higher tiers
- Run growth experiments across the lifecycle
- Define KPIs and partner with BI to measure results
- Propose UX/UI adjustments through wireframes and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering and design to adjust flows and landing pages
- Evaluate and implement vendors/tools for growth optimization
- Monitor retention, churn, and ARPU metrics
- Translate data insights into action plans
- Ensure experiments align with business goals and revenue impact
- Participate in sprint planning as a key stakeholder
- Communicate impact and progress to leadership
- Balance rapid experimentation with long-term growth strategy
