Position Summary

This DevOps engineer will be responsible for enhancing the organization’s systems scalability and optimization. Additionally, this role will be leading the way to mature the company’s SDLC processes, release management, and deployment processes using automation. In this role, the engineer will take a proactive approach to work closely with technical leadership in providing AWS Cloud-based and Application based solutions for an enterprise company with multiple application services. Lastly, the engineer will work with both developers and architects to implement changes in development/infrastructure at the code level.

Experience and Education:

• • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related experience in relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in release management.
  • Experience in process deployment.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platform.
  • Experience writing shell scripts and automation.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• • Work remotely to improve the release process and automation of CI/CD process.
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy code quickly and safely to production environments.
  • Automate, implement, administer, and maintain continuous development and continuous deployment systems.
  • Automate AWS implementation for new cloud computing systems or existing systems migrating to cloud architectures.
  • Support the application, address issues, and provide operational support to the development teams responsible for the applications or with software engineers.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of in-house, open source, and commercial DevOps tooling.
  • Ensure system availability, performance, capacity, and monitoring through appropriate response to incidents, events, and problems.
  • Responsible for the tooling and automation underlying the deployment, monitoring, and management.
  • Rebuilds on Dev, Staging, and UAT environments.
  • Participate in daily standups and weekly knowledge-sharing presentations

Winshuttle Data Analyst #2020

Position Summary:

An industry-leading medical device manufacturing organization is seeking a Winshuttle Foundation Data Analyst to join their global Master Data Management team. This individual will be responsible for data management by creating Winshuttle scripts for all data uploads and transactions needed by the business. Additionally, they will follow data governance best practices and processes to maintain data integrity that supports the organization’s global operations in SAP. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about data quality, possesses excellent communication and customer service skills, and places high attention on detail and accuracy.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field/experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience working with data and data loading tools
• 1+ years of Winshuttle Foundation experience (creating, editing, testing, publishing, and troubleshooting scripts)
• Basic working proficiency with SAP
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• Understanding of the concepts, tools, and processes used for data loading, data analysis, and data quality
• Knowledge of SQL scripting, business intelligence, data visualization, and data cleansing, a plus

• Build, modify, test, execute, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP Winshuttle Foundation scripts for users in accordance with business requirements
• Ensure all Winshuttle scripts adhere to the organization’s procedural controls and data quality standards
• Conduct quality tests to check for completeness and accuracy of the data before and after the data loads
• Monitor and resolve issues and change requests that are submitted by users through the ticketing system
• Manage multiple scripts and content across various departments within the organization
• Acquire new systems knowledge through research, reading, and formal training
