Product Owner #2594 – Location: hybrid; Tamarac, FL
Position Summary:
Our partner, a fast-growing technology-driven manufacturing organization that designs and supports complex physical systems, is scaling quickly and introducing new complexity across its data, analytics, and enterprise systems. As they expand, they are looking to bring in a Product Owner to serve as the connective layer between business leaders and data delivery teams, helping turn ambiguity into direction without slowing momentum. This opportunity requires a strong understanding of data and analytics concepts to guide prioritization and requirements, without owning hands-on technical execution. You will work closely with stakeholders who rely on analytics to run the business, while enabling engineers and analysts to deliver with context, focus, and confidence.
Experience and Education:
- B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations or equivalent experience/field
- Experience working in data, analytics, or business intelligence environments
- Background supporting internal data products rather than customer-facing software
- Experience applying data and analytics concepts to guide prioritization and requirements
- Exposure to ERP-driven data ecosystems
- Experience translating business needs into clear, delivery-ready requirements
- History of working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations around scope, sequencing, and delivery timing
- Balance short-term business requests with the long-term health of data products
- Collaborate with global and offshore teams to align priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations
- Translate business questions and objectives into clear, actionable requirements for data and analytics teams
- Define user stories and specifications that provide sufficient context for analytics and engineering teams to execute effectively
- Continuously reassess priorities as business needs shift, adjusting backlog sequencing and scope as needed
- Reduce ambiguity by proactively identifying gaps, validating assumptions, and gathering missing information
- Coordinate dependencies and sequencing across multiple concurrent data and analytics initiatives
- Enable alignment and delivery across BI, MDM, analytics, and ERP-related efforts
- Introduce structure incrementally to improve clarity and execution without disrupting active delivery
- Enable consistent, predictable delivery in a changing environment
