QA Lead #2587 – Location: onsite; Tamarac, FL
Position Summary:
Our partner, a technology-led manufacturer modernizing its software platforms while continuing to support deeply integrated physical systems, is adding a hands-on QA Lead to its team. This opportunity sits at the intersection of software, systems, and real-world hardware, where quality depends on understanding how everything works together in production. You’ll serve as the senior execution layer between QA leadership and the engineers doing the work, guiding day-to-day execution, improving release flow, and raising the bar on how issues are diagnosed, prioritized, and communicated. The work stays hands-on. You’ll test, investigate, ask hard questions, and help others do the same. As investment in the company’s business software platform continues, this role plays a key part in elevating technical depth, releasing confidence, and the overall maturity of QA across both software and on-site systems.
